Katie, Natalie, and Holly are great! Very knowledgeable. Matt however is unprofessional. After a service call was arranged, I was told how much it would cost. He then told me in a very loud voice with other workers and customers present, that there had been a problem with my account and he required 50% down. The problem was several years ago and when I mentioned this he just shrugged and looked at me. I paid the whole amount and left. All he had to do was call me to the side and inform me of this instead of broadcasting it to the entire store. If you want good service, talk to one of the ladies that work there or someone other than Matt. He needs a course in people skills!
